Buyer protections

We’re on the buyer’s side for the long haul.

Our job is not to push a single foundry—it’s to help you find a good fit for each part and reduce sourcing friction over time. We stay focused on performance, communication, and options, not contracts.

Performance monitoring

We watch how suppliers behave over time.

Any supplier can look good on day one. We pay attention to response speed, clarity of communication, and how they treat buyers after the first order.

  • Slow or inconsistent quoting raises flags.
  • Poor communication or surprises on delivery dates are taken seriously.
  • Repeated issues lead to reduced or removed RFQ routing.
Your feedback matters

We adjust our network based on your experience.

If a supplier underperforms, tell us. We don’t handle legal disputes or contracts, but we do change how we route future RFQs.

  • If you’ve had issues with a supplier, we can skip them on future RFQs.
  • If you like a supplier, we can prioritize them where appropriate.
  • We’re always refining who is considered “vetted” based on live results.
Accountability & visibility

We encourage you to CC us.

When you’re working with a supplier we introduced, you’re welcome to CC Precision RFQ on project-kickoff emails, key milestone updates, or major concerns.

  • This helps us see how communication is going in reality.
  • It makes it easier to support you on future RFQs.
  • It reinforces to suppliers that performance is being observed.
What we don’t do

Clear boundaries keep everyone safe.

We want to be honest about what our role is not so you know exactly how to use us.

  • We don’t negotiate or enforce contracts.
  • We don’t act as legal counsel or arbitrators.
  • We don’t guarantee supplier performance or pricing.
  • We don’t take possession of parts or tooling.

Our focus is sourcing: better options, better visibility, and fewer surprises.
