How it works

Simple for engineers. Clear for purchasing. Helpful for suppliers.

We exist to reduce friction between industrial buyers and investment casting suppliers. Our process keeps things straightforward while still leaving room for technical conversations where needed.

Step 1

You submit an RFQ.

You upload a drawing or model, share basic requirements, and tell us the context—new design, re-source, cost reduction, overflow capacity, etc.

  • We support common drawing and 3D model formats.
  • You can include preferences, but they’re not required.
  • We keep your RFQ confidential and focused on quoting only.
Step 2

We match the RFQ to good-fit suppliers.

We look at alloy, size, expected volume, and complexity, then route your RFQ to investment casting partners that are realistically suited to quote it.

  • We don’t broadcast RFQs to random shops.
  • We avoid suppliers who are clearly a poor fit.
  • We strive for a small set of relevant, serious responses—not noise.
Step 3

You review quotes and engage suppliers.

You compare pricing, lead times, and notes, and decide who to talk with further. You’re always in control of which supplier you move forward with.

  • We encourage keeping us CC’d on key emails so we can stay aligned.
  • We don’t force you toward a specific supplier.
  • We don’t sit between you and the technical conversations.
Step 4

We support ongoing sourcing decisions.

As you add new parts, adjust designs, or consider alternate suppliers, you can come back to us with new RFQs. Over time, we help you build a more resilient casting supplier base.

  • If a supplier stops being a good fit, tell us—we’ll adjust.
  • If you like a supplier, we’ll factor that into future routing.
  • We’re here to make sourcing easier, not more complicated.
